Next project: Performing art!


Ooh what a fun one. Maybe there'll be a video of it? If there is, it'll be horrible quality with a digicam. It will be entitled "Shoot to Kill." And yes that is a reference to Ichimaru Gin's command to release his zanpakuto. I just bought "All the Color But Black" (Tite Kubo's Bleach art book) and it is amazing.)

I want to have a small photoshoot of my outfit and the gun before my project. WAIT!!! I should explain it first!!!

I will take on the role of an assassin, training to shoot these DOWN!!! Yes. I am very excited. Basically, I will have a sheet covered with targets and I will try to shoot them with a paintball gun. The sheet will be hung up in the gym while I'm shooting at it. It'll probably also have some remnants of practice rounds too. I've never paintballed before. My friend Jill is loaning me the gun. And if she can't then Ike is my backup.

I am notorious for horrible aim. Hopefully I can hit most of the targets...

I also have a soundtrack! Provided by my devilishly handsome, amazingly talented, awesomely fantastic boyfriend, Matthew Collins. It's a really sweet metal sort of riff. Whoa an update!

Ike brought over his paintball gun today. Not so bad. I'm pretty pumped. Hopefully I won't screw up his gun. It's a really nice one.

SCHOLARSHIP?
I touched briefly on it on my most recent deviation. I've been nominated for a scholarship! If I'm a finalist I get myself $3,000 a year for college. That means I need to get a portfolio together from things from the past two years. I know a few that will definitely be there. Eyes Right Through Us, Greg and the Puppet, and Lost Love (currently unposted) will definitely be there. I don't know what else though. I'm working on another painting. Maybe that'll make it. I can have up to 15 pieces in my portfolio. It's just so hard to choose!
